 John McEnroe was the former American World No. one professional tennis player who is worth a net of $ 100 million. McEnroe's outstanding technique, unmatched number of wins and his temperament off the court are what caused him to be a troubled tennis player. McEnroe has won 77 singles titles and 78 doubles titles. He also holds 7 Grand Slam Singles titles as in addition to 9 Grand Slam men’s doubles titles. Often rated among the greatest tennis players of all time, McEnroe is also a former Captain of the United States Davis Cup team. John McEnroe has been a commentator on TV, a game host, and talk show host since his retirement. John McEnroe was conceived John Patrick McEnroe Jr. in Wiesbaden (West Germany) on the 16th of February 1959. His parents, John and Kay, were both American and living in Germany while his father was in Germany for his job with the U.S. Air Force. McEnroe's family first moved to Newburgh (NY) Stewart Air Force Base. Then, they relocated to Flushing in Queens in 1961 and Douglaston in 1962. John's father left the Air Force and worked as an advertising agent during the day, and went to Fordham Law School at night.
