 Beauty Point is a prestigious community in Mosman, Australia. It's situated just outside Sydney. It also houses six homes belonging a mysterious 32-year-old billionaire named Zhang Bo. A recently published Daily Mail report states that Zhang bought all six properties over the past two and a half years. The first property was bought for $6.2 million in June of 2017. The most recent purchase came on the 21st of October the year. He put down around $3 million on his latest acquisition in the area. In all, he's spent around $37 million on these properties and no one seems to know why since they've been mostly empty since he bought them.No one seems to know what the motive behind why Zhang purchased these properties that are clustered together in one area However, one thing that is known about him is that he emigrated from China to Australia from China's Guangdong Province, and now is a citizen of Australian citizenship. However, where he is spending the bulk of his time is believed to be a mystery,
