Ken Burn

 American producer and director Ken Burns has a net value of $3.5 million. American filmmaker Ken Burns is well-known for his numerous documentaries and documentary shows on historical topics. His most renowned work include "The Civil War," "Jazz," "Prohibition," "The Roosevelts," and "The Vietnam War." Burns films have been recognized for its use of archival footage and slow zooms in photographs and out of them, a technique dubbed the "Ken Burns effect. "Burns has also been awarded more than 20 honorary degrees. His film "The Civil War" has won more than 40 major TV and film awards, including two Emmy Awards, two Grammy Awards, Producer of the Year Award from the Producers Guild of America, and a People's Choice Award, a Peabody Award, a duPont-Columbia Award as well as a D. W. Griffith Award, and the $50,000 Lincoln Prize. The documentary of 2017 "The Vietnam War" was also highly well-received. There is the Ken Burns Wing at Hampshire College's Jerome Liebling Center for Film Photography, Film, and Video. Burns was awarded the S. Roger Horchow award for the highest level of public service rendered by an individual in 2004. This is an award which the Jefferson Awards gives out each year.
