Verasamy

 Lucy Verasamy, born 2 August 1980 is a British weather analyst working for ITV Weather and ITV Racing. She attended Silfield Primary School, Framlingham College Junior School, Suffolk, and King Edward VII School, King's Lynn. There she also studied A-level geography. In 2001, she graduated from Brunel University with a BSc. Hons. degree in geography. She went on to become meteorologist at the Weather Centre of the Press Association (later changed its name to Meteogroup – Europe's Largest Private Weather company) and wrote weather forecasts for radio, television and newspapers. Prior to that, she had completed an internship in the Sky Weather Centre before becoming a weather forecaster, Verasamy joined Sky and was appointed the regular weather presenter for the Sky News breakfast show Sunrise. In 2007 the Sky News website started a feature titled Climate Clinic - Ask Lucy as part of their Green Britain campaign,
